Application Fee
The application fee is a per family fee paid one time. This fee places your family on our waitlist.
Last Half Month (LHM) Tuition
When space is available, you can secure your child’s enrollment by paying the Last Half Month (LHM) tuition. The LHM on file must be for each child.
The LHM is only credited to your child’s final June tuition payment provided that you have given written notice by February 1st of that year. The LHM is never refundable.
Parents who give notice after February 1st will forfeit their LHM and will be required to pay the full June payment.
Continuing EnrollmentÂ
By February 1st of each year parents are asked to complete an intention sheet for the upcoming school year, and sign a 10 month contract indicating days for the new school year.
CCAOA Military Subsidy Program
As a nationally-accredited program, Tobin Afterschool is proud to participate in Child Care Aware of America’s subsidy program supporting military families with child care costs. If you are active military personnel or are a civilian who works with the military, ask us for more details.
