Lori Davis Retiring from Tobin After 26 Years
Lori Davis, Campus Director for the Tobin Schools Natick, announced her retirement in September from her long-time home. Lori started back at the Tobin Children’s School in 2009 as a Lead Teacher in Toddler 2, and has risen through the organization serving as an early childhood Lead Teacher, Assistant Head of School, Head of School, Senior Program Director, Asst. Executive Director, and finally to Campus Director.
Lori, a Natick native, has been a part of the lives of so many children, families, and educators over the years. She has also helped Tobin forge many community partnerships and has always put her heart into her work here at Tobin.
She shares: “It has been a privilege to work here at Tobin for my 26+ years and I have loved the chance to get to know so many amazing children and families, to learn from our outstanding administrators and faculty, and to be a part of creating what I believe is a very special environment for children, both in early childhood and school age.
I know I am leaving our Tobin programs in good hands with Shannon Mearn at the Tobin Children’s School & Lisa Carraher and her team at both The Tobin School and Tobin Afterschool. A special note of gratitude to all the amazing faculty I have had the pleasure of working with over all these years for their caring work on behalf of their students and families. I know it is these important people who are the true heart of our work here. Thanks for allowing me to be a part of this outstanding school.”
Wishing Lori Davis all the best on this next chapter.
